I just read the biography of Gabriel Garcia Marquez... In the book, it details a similar trip from NY to Mexico (when he was young and before he became famous). Anyway, the only thing they remember from the trip was the realllllly bad food (until they crossed the border). I hope your culinary experience improves! Ines
Hi Ines! Yes, the highway food has been painful. Sometimes there is NOTHING I feel like eating (and this is really rare for me). The only thing that saves me is that we've been stoping at larger cities where the food quality improves dramatically. Beijos, Silvia
